Refund and Exchange policy

We are proud of providing a 90-day money back guarantee.  

How to ask for a refund:

- You must have bought the SilkySkin IPL hair removal device from our website, after July 1 2022.

- Try our device for 60 days at least from the delivery date, but not exceeding 90 days.

- You must complete at least 6 IPL treatments, with a one-week interval between each treatment, and take a picture of the area(s) you're treating before each session.

- If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, send us 6 photos by email to support@silkyskin.uk with your order number, and we will review it.

- All refunds must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the SilkySkin IPL hair removal device.

- All photos must have valid time and date stamps.

- If your request does not meet our return criteria, the request will not be approved. Incomplete or unprocessable requests will not be processed.

- Once approved, we will refund the price of the device (at the time of order) once the device is returned to our warehouse.

 

 Return, cancellation and exchange Policy:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the bank that issued the credit card.

 

Cardholders can request for a refund or exchange in the following cases:

- The merchant sent the wrong product.

- There's a manufacturing defect in the product.

- The product was damaged during shipping.

- The product has been tampered with.
